If your tracking number states your package was delivered but you state you have not received your package, very sorry but there is nothing we can do once USPS states the package has been delivered as we are not responsible. You must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
